At present, the festival tourism in our country is in the rapid developmentperiod, the national "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" clearly put forward to the developmentof cultural tourism industry, to the protection of intangible cultural heritage andtourism together. At present, the festival tourism has gone beyond the festivaloriginally function, and we usually common tourism form some difference, it is toimprove the economic income, enhance the city image and visibility, has a positiveimpact on promoting the culture. In recent years, the area of the festival tourism hasthe trend of blossom everywhere, festival tourism has become an important part ofthe tourism industry in nanning. At present, with the help of Nanning city of BeibuGulf development of this important opportunity, strengthen regional cooperation intourism, to develop tourism into a strategic pillar industry of Nanning City, and thepeople satisfied with the modern service industry.This paper on the basis of the domestic and foreign research results, theresearch contents of the thesis are determined, and analyse the general situation ofthe development of festival tourism in Nanning city and favorable conditions, andusing the analytic hierarchy process in quantitative analysis, the festival tourism,festival tourism, festival tourism product development strategy, promotion strategy,important festivals tourism infrastructure and the host economic development levelaffect the development of festival tourism in Nanning city. The development offestival tourism in Nanning city should focus from products, resources,infrastructure and market four aspects, excavation culture connotation, promote thefestival tourism product innovation; the integration of regional tourism resources,optimize regional resources; improve infrastructure, improve the city environment;promotion of festival tourism, developing tourism market, construction of festivaltourism brand, Nanning city festival tourism to promote the sustained and healthydevelopment.
