Study On The Countermeasures Of Agricultural Biomass Industry Development In Jilin Province

With the rapid development of China’s social and economic,energy issue has become a bottleneck restricting the development of China’s continued prosperity. In recent years, the development of new energy has become the focus of the development of our country and the world, has been the concern of government departments. As clean renewable energy, biomass surfaced in the eyes of the people, and increasingly important, especially in the agricultural country like China, there are a huge number of agricultural biomass energy resources, has basic conditions of the development of rural biomass. Rural biomass energy exploration in China has achieved initial success, the government is also timely to develop some policies and laws and regulations to promote the development of biomass energy industry.Jilin Province is one of China’s major grain producing areas and one of eight forest areas, is very suitable for the development of biomass energy industry. Biomass energy with clean, renewable, and many kinds and so different from other conventional energy advantages, the development of biomass energy industry in rural areas can ease the constraints of sustainable development of the energy crisis to a certain extent, optimize the structure of energy use; Conducive to environmental protection, improve the environmental problems of the current PM2.5; Accelerate rural economic development and the pace of urbanization in rural areas, increase farmers’ income and improve the living standards of farmers.This article is an exploratory research to the development of agriculture biomass energy industry in Jilin Province, on the basis of estimation of the potential for ownership and development of Jilin Province agricultural biomass resources, from Jilin Province agricultural biomass industry development status and its made comprehensive benefits starting to learn excellent experience of developed and developing countries in the world, focusing on analysis of the various problems that exist in the process of development of agricultural biomass industry in Jilin Province, the development of biomass energy industry a long way to go, as well as many questions to be solved. Finally, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to help steady and orderly development of agricultural biomass energy industry.
