The agricultural biomass energy of our country already has a certain amount of industrial foundation and development advantage with30years of development, but there are many problems and difficulties of the development of agricultural biomass energy industry, including the incomplet policy environment,the imperfect market mechanism system, the unsmooth investment and financing system,and the unsmooth fund operation system,which needs further researching and innovating.
