Research Wuhua Food Safety Supervision And Management Issues

Food is the basis material of the human survival and development. In recent years, with the progress of economic and social development, The food safety is in the grim situation in our country, Food safety incidents happens frequently in both at home and abroad. Food safety problem is now regarding to people’s life, health and social economic development and the national political stability. As the management department, the government has an obligation and responsibility to do a good job on food safety supervision. How to effectively complete the whole process supervision of food chain from farm to table is now an important problem which needs to be solved. This paper takes the food safety supervision and management system of Wu Hua District as the research object, On the basis of literature research at home and abroad, with the help of the government regulation theory and new public service theory, writer analyzed our country food safety status, and the main problems of food safety in our country.Through the analysis of the present situation of food safety system of Yunnan province and China, finding out existing problems and deficiencies. In order to deal with these problems and find out effective methods, comparing the management system of the United States, Canada, Japan and other countries, legal system and advanced experience of regulatory measures and means, closely combined with the actual situation, the paper proposed countermeasures and Suggestions to Wu Hua district’s food safety supervision and management system.
