China’s private enterprises in the knowledge economy era have expanded rapidly,and its roles in promoting China’s national economic development have becomeincreasingly prominent. Private enterprises want to obtain sustainable development,must constantly innovate its knowledge and technology, and these rely heavily onhuman capital to play the role in the enterprise. With human capital’s becoming moreand more important in enterprise, the human capital involved in private enterpriseincome distribution’s problem arises, the problems are mainly as follows: First, thecore of human capital, such as entrepreneurs and technical personnel such as the lackof targeted, long-term and an effective incentive. The second, property rights ofhuman capital are not fully expressed in the business ownership, the distribution ofincome has no reasonable implementation mechanisms. To solve the above problem,private enterprises should pay full attention to the allocation of human capitalproperty rights in the ownership of enterprises, the reform of the existing irrationalhuman capital incentives that help to bring and retain talent advanced human capitalto participate in corporate earnings allocation, so as to give full play to thecompetitive advantage of China’s private enterprises, and promote private enterprisein China continued to move forward. This is both in theory and in practice hasfar-reaching significance for promoting China’s human capital to participate in privateenterprise income distribution.This article is mainly use normative analysis, based on human capital theory,human capital, property rights theory and income distribution theory, thecharacteristics of the human capital of private enterprises, human capital, the mainway to participate in the enterprise income distribution and equity incentives to thehuman capital of private enterprises to participate in the distribution of corporateearnings the impact of the theoretical analysis, designed on this basis, the humancapital for private enterprises to participate in the program of distribution of corporateearnings, and bring out my own proposals on how to improve this program.The innovation of this paper is to take full account of the private enterprise to itsown characteristics and human capital under the premise of human capital for privateenterprises to design a realistic income distribution program. Program is contain twoaspects, first, entrepreneurs, human capital, non-listed private enterprises for the useof stock option incentive mode, listed private enterprises should apply to the alternative mode of the stock options which is EVA virtual stock options. Secondlyproposed technology staff should have access to the technology shares. This programcan make human capital in accordance with its hierarchy of needs to participate in theincome distribution, and this can get human capital of private enterprises have aapproach to participate in the distribution of corporate earnings.
