Social progress, rapid economic development, in which people play a crucial role. In the enterprise’s production and business activities,the key element of human concern. From human resources to human capital in the process of value creation,the role played by the increasingly prominent. In order to better motivate human capital, to enable enterprises to achieve higher economic profits, human capital is also a greater degree of compensation, human capital to participate in the distribution of income has become a business necessity. So how human capital in the enterprise income distribution options, so that different types of human capital to get the best value compensation has become a serious problem.On the basis of fully learn and absorb the previous academic research on human capital theory,theory of income distribution companies comb. By this stage, the situation of human capital,corporate income distribution analysis, human capital, corporate hierarchical division of income distribution, human capital into human capital management,human capital, technological innovation, production and service-oriented human capital, income distribution into value-added benefits,ancillary benefits, compensatory benefits,by a combination of different types of human capital and income distribution, the design of a "multi-level income distribution matrix" model,through different types of human capital and income distribution methods combination to achieve the human capital involved in income distribution companies hierarchy. Paper uses case studies of research methods to COFCO Biochemical Energy (Longjiang) Co., Ltd. for the study,analyzed the status of its human capital to participate in the enterprise income distribution, the "multi-level income distribution matrix" specific application to the company COFCO Longjiang The income distribution activities within the enterprise to achieve the selectivity of different types of human capital to participate in the income allocation, managers can contribute to the process according to the different types of human capital in the enterprise value creation to determine the size of their way to participate in income distribution companies portfolio, thereby enhancing the management level of human capital as well as the effect of incentive pay.
