A Research On The EMC Model In The Existing Building Area Of Heilongjiang Province

Since the outbreak of a severe oil crisis in1970s, the significance of energy had drawn the attention to various countries, including China. China is in a critical period of rapid economic development, the energy consumption grow increasingly as well. Industrial energy consumption, transportation energy consumption, energy and building energy consumption are the top three energy consumption in China. According to statistics, China’s building energy consumption is around30%of the total social energy consumption. In the building energy consumption, the existing energy consumption causes problems. Due to the cold climate of the northern region and the long heating period, so the northern areas of building energy consumption accounts for the most building energy consumption in China. China should focus on building energy efficiency] in the northern region. Heilongjiang Province is located in northern China; the number of heating days throughout the year is around200. That means it needs heating more than half a year. Climatic factors determine the Heilongjiang Provincial building energy consumption mainly is in heating energy consumption, to intensify both construction fields in Heilongjiang Province to carry out energy-saving work, will greatly reduce the energy consumption, saving resources, and help to improve the energy efficiency of the entire country. This article is fully aware of this point, on the basis of in-depth analysis of EMC usage in Heilongjiang, the EMC model areas of existing buildings in superior and deficiencies analysis; it turns out financing problems with the integrity of the energy unit and technical problems. After analyzing the foreign construction EMC models and foreign experience and lessons, we proposed impeccable countermeasures and suggestions to improve both the construction field in Heilongjiang Province EMC model, and the existing EMC model in Heilongjiang Province, and add three additional EMC supervision departments, the Management Committee, the EMC industry funds institute, energy-saving detection company, and each department has to put forward relevant proposals. Through the improvement for existing EMC model improvements, to make a better application for of existing buildings in Heilongjiang Province; making a big process to promote the EMC model, and make a contribution to the energy saving of our nation as well.
