Research On Evaluation Index Of Port Logistics Performance

The economic globalization and the rapid development of international trade havemade the integration process of production speed up continuously; promoting thedevelopment of the global logistics having entered a new period. According to theGDP of our country over the years, the GDP has been grown10.9%from2006to2011period. With the increasing of economic level, China’s port logistics has ushered in therapid development. The frequent flow of port goods lead to the circulation of goodscontinuous increasing. From2006to2011port container throughput with an averageannual growth rate of5.3%in Shanghai,Shenzhen and Hong Kong. In2011, the portgroup and deep red bay harbor group’s main business income of the total amount of theaverage growth rate is about5.7%, and total net profit of the average growth rate isabout negative14.6%. Therefore, how to improve the port logistics performance levelhas an important significance in making the port logistics enterprise management tendto be rationalization and standardization, reducing logistics cost and improvinglogistics efficiency purpose, and then making the port logistics adapt to the newdevelopment.In order to improve the port management efficiency, through the construction ofport logistics performance index system, use rough set theory to construct theperformance evaluation index of screening and calculate the weight of the evaluatingindices Combined with ABC management to enterprise key index key monitoring. Thepaper makes a thorough comprehensive research from three aspects of port logisticsperformance.First of all, make the detail analysis of our country main port logisticsdevelopment. And by comparing the main port operating status, analyze the advantagesand disadvantages of in port operation.Secondly, establish the port logistics performance evaluation index systemthrough analyzing the port logistics characteristics and the logistics operation flow.Finally, construct the rough set model, using the principle of rough set to indexselection, and then make the index weight assignment by rough centralized heavyalgorithm, at last sort evaluation index combining management ABC classificationmanagement method according to the importance, thus obtains the port logisticsperformance comprehensive evaluation results. Through from the above three aspects of port logistics performance research, thispaper draw the following conclusion:①Build port logistics performance evaluation index system from the portinfrastructure and scale, the logistics level of operation, customer satisfaction,employee quality, information level and financial six aspects.②Use the rough set model of port logistics performance indexes of screeningand weight assignment, combing with the management method of ABC managementindex sequence so that port logistics enterprise the key index of the key monitoring.
