Research On The Design And Evaluation Of Port Logistics System

As the rapid development of logistics all over the world, in order to improve the port city quickly to develop, It is necessary for ports to develop modern logistics industry. Port logistics has been an important factor to promote the port city development. However, some problems still exist during the development of port logistics in China. Therefore, this thesis wants to supply some useful suggestions for the development of China's ports logistics through the analysis and research in port logistics system.At first, this thesis introduces the concept, characteristic and influential factors for port logistics system. Then the thesis also analyzes the developing actuality of typical port logistics system all over world, and introduces the managing strategy of the port logistics system. Based on the theory of system analysis, this thesis establishes the evaluating index system and constructs the system evaluating mode of port logistics system according to the character of port logistics. Using this model, the thesis selects five major seaports along China's coast as research objectives, and makes a synthetic quantitative evaluation with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive judgement mode. Finally, based on analysis of the evaluating results and according to the existing problems in the development of China's port logistics, it makes some advice to develop the port logistics, which also can be used by other ports for reference to solve their own problems.
