Study On The Protection And Tourism Development Of Guangxi Fuchuan Ancient Ming Dynasty Town

Ancient town tourism is a tourist hot spot in modern tourism, and it is valuable to research the protection and tourism development of the ancient town tour resources. Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town has a history of more than six hundred years with a very high development value, and it is one of the relatively intact ancient towns of guangxi at present. However, along with industry development and centralized urbanism, Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town has been more destroy than ever before. The town would annihilate in the wave of economic construction in the near future if the effective protection measures can not be adopted. The protection and tourism development of Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town are hence researched in this thesis.Base on the current trends and development of protection and tourism development of ancient town, according to sustainable development theory and stakeholder theory and through the practices of Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town, the basic case of the ancient Ming Dynasty town are introduced in detail, including history, culture, building, etc. Then the actuality of Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town was realized deeply and analysed systematically. Meanwhile, base on the success and achievements of Wuzhen in ancient town protection and development, the protection and tourism development of Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town were investigated and the countermeasures were proposed. The main current problems and the reasons of Fuchuan ancient Ming Dynasty town were analysed systematically in the present research works, and the focuses are laid on the investigation of the integrity and authenticity of the space environmental features of the ancient town. In this thesis, the principle of "management protection first, development second" was proposed to solve the question of the protection and development of the ancient town. The basic idea for the thesis is "submit the questions-analyze the problems-solve the problem". The obtained main conclusions are as follows. The rule of authenticity must be followed in the entire environment protection and development of the ancient town. The results shown that adopted the classified protection methods to protect the ancient town resources are effective. The positive cycle mechanism of protection and development can be formed via combine the resource superiority of ancient Ming Dynasty towns, and utilize private capital and investment attraction to raise funds for developing the towns. Furthermore, it will be conducive to the sustainable development of protection and development of ancient Ming Dynasty towns if we take account of the interests of different social groups during the process of protection and development so as to urge community members taking part in this process.At the end of the article, the effective protection measures and concrete countermeasures were suggested to protect and develop the available resources of ancient Ming Dynasty town. The results achieved by the present research works are helpful for the tourism development of ancient Ming Dynasty town.
