In Qingdao, the need of fresh agricultural product logistics is far beyond the supply. Thus the government advocates to actively develop fresh agricultural product logistics, and adopted <The Guidance on Commodities Market Development in2012>, which supports the study of this paper, the site selection of Qingdao fresh agricultural product logistical center is based on the analysis of logistical market in Qingdao fresh agricultural product.This article is to research about Qingdao fresh produce cold chain logistics center location. At first, it stated the importance and background of the study, and listed the logistics center location of literature review and study innovations. On the basis of the study of existing logistics center location theory, the paper puts forward the understanding of logistics center location problem, which summarize the logistics center location usual methods, and introduces the TOPSIS model and its application.Then, the paper taking Qingdao as the background material studied fresh agricultural cold chain logistics center location, which is based on the analysis of Qingdao fresh agricultural policy, production, situation, consumption status and logistics condition to make sure of four alternative address that presented a concrete analysis. According to the analysis of the specific and Qingdao agricultural own attribute, the article constructs the Qingdao fresh agricultural cold chain logistics center location research evaluation index system, and puts forward three different from general location research evaluation index:fresh agricultural production, consumption condition, the state of local cold chain logistics development.Finally, through the pretreatment of the evaluation indexes, the paper puts forward a new weight definition which is combination of the analytic hierarchy process in subjective and the entropy weight method. The new weight way will improve feasibility and credibility in the result, which go into TOPSIS model to calculate. The paper gets a result that analyzed, and presented the problems in the study of Qingdao fresh agricultural cold chain logistics center location.
