With the globalization of the economy continues to grow, competition among enterprises isincreasingly fierce, enterprises need technological innovation to improve product and processtechnology, technological innovation has become the most favorable core competitiveness, andhow to improve the performance of the technological innovation became the thing of mostconcern. Intrapreneurship as a form of corporate entrepreneurship, will stimulate the creativity ofemployees and help the enterprises to carry out technological innovation activities. So, scholarsstudy the mechanism of intrapreneurship and technological innovation performance is necessary.This paper will study the impact of intrapreneurship’s organizational factors on the technologicalinnovation performancefrom the angle of intrapreneurship’s organizational factors.The research model of relationship between intrapreneurship’s organizational factors andtechnological innovation performance is proposed and the relevant variables measurementquestionnaire is prepared, based on the collation and analysis of the predecessors of theintrapreneurship’s organizational factors and knowledge management theory. And this paperanalys is154questionnaires data, including analysis of variance, correlation analysis andregression analysis to verify the relationship between intrapreneurship’s organizational factors,knowledge management, and technology innovation performance.The results show that intrapreneurship’s organizational factors can directly and indirectlyaffect technological innovation performance. The support of the leadership, organizational culture,reward and remuneration is conducive to high technology innovation performance; knowledgemanagement can promote technological innovation performance positively; organizational cultureand organizational boundaries are related to the management process positively;knowledgemanagement plays an intermediary role between the intrapreneurship’s organizational factors andtechnological innovation performance.Finally, this paper proposes that companies should pay attention to the combination ofintrapreneurship and knowledge management in order to improve the technological innovationperformance.
