Since the80s of last century, the world economy began to enter intoglobalization, gradually formed the globalization of markets and informationnetworks. With the rapid development of economy, science and technology alsoobtained the skip-type progress. The competition environment that enterprises arefaced is also more violent day by day, and only enterprises keep constant learning andinnovation, can they fit the demands of the new competition environment.Under the rapid advance of globalization, domestic enterprises have to face thecompetition pressure and challenges from different side. The study of enterprisegrowth strategy research is the important field of strategic research, and itscomplexity and dynamic make countless scholars and experts exert a strong intereston it. In the course of different growth phase of enterprises, different growth strategiesshould be established. The reason that many enterprises failed is that the managersdidn’t pay more attention to strategic management, not understand the enterprise’senvironment in time, as a result, can’t adjust the strategy.As a manager, I am involved in the creation and development of the enterprise,and experienced deeply all the difficulties of the development of small andmedium-sized enterprises. Only the small and medium-sized enterprise is active to fitthe changes of external environment and timely promote fundamental changes, canthey push forward the enterprise growth. Under the new historical conditions, thecompetition of small and medium-sized enterprises is no longer limited by time andspace. Success should be achieved only by constantly creating consumer demand andimproving customer satisfaction. Only constant innovation and new business channelsdeveloping can make the enterprises grow fast.In this paper, the study method basically has the following several aspects: firstly,literature analysis, which is to collect and classify the existing literature data so as tograsp systematic knowledge of strategic theory; Secondly, systematic study, which is to closely connect and systematicly integrate the various aspects that includeenterprise growth theory and affected factors, the strategic choice and enterpriseintegration strategy, and so on; Thirdly, deep interview, which is to make face to facetalking in order to collect a large number of rich data information; Fourthly, case study,which is to study the real enterprise case completely to improve understanding leverand depth of the research topic.In this paper, Zhongde automobile quick repair company was used as a studyobject, and the theory of strategic management was adopted to analyze the company’sgrowth history, influential growth factors, branding, the effective combination ofdiversification strategy choice and realization, so as to promote enterprises to play theadvantages of its various aspects, avoid and make up for the disadvantaged, findcorrect direction of sustainable development and break through the bottleneck ofenterprise development. The growth law study of Zhongde automobile quick repaircompany, not only has some guiding significance to the case enterprise, but also has areference function for the growth strategy choice and sustainable development ofother domestic small and medium-sized enterprises.
