The Research For Construction And Implementation Strategy Of SL Company Base On Integration Of IE&IT

And at the same time the tire markethas become complex and changeable due to the rapid rise of the similar enterprise abroadand home. How to adopt the product differentiation strategy to be more innovative andcompetitive has been the concerned issue for each tire enterprise.Based on SL company actual working environment, this paper is making theoreticalresearch while applying it to the production practice. Meanwhile, combined with theexperience in the past few years, absorbing the lessons learned and gradually improvingand optimizing, finally we form a set of feasible theory system in this paper. The first is theindustrialized transformation of the infrastructure. Data is the blood of the informationsystem and its accuracy is very important to the successful application of the system. It`simpossible to get right result when inputting the junk data. Therefore, the basic network,degree of equipment automation and the overall planning of logistics are the key factors tothe result of systems. In this sense, if the enterprise implements informatization, it shouldcarry out the industrial transformation at first. Next is integrated planning of theinformation system. Manufacturing enterprises often have the complex productive process,especially that the tire enterprise belongs to the discrete manufacturing process. So theinformation system and the whole enterprise`s management planning is of greatimportance to the development. Only when the construction stage division andconstruction goals of the information system are established, can the internal informationisland be eradicate and can such problems as the date between systems cannot be fullyshared and the ports are complicated be avoided. The last is the design, implementationand benefit analysis of the information system. Only when fully considering the differentkinds of business scene at the stage of design and effectively evading the risk of the system operation at the stage of implementation, can we guarantee the stability of the informationsystem and meet its support to the business events.In a word, the process of enterprise information construction is more the one ofperfection, optimization and ascension of enterprise management.
