A Correlation Study Of The Competitiveness And The Industrialization And Information Fusion Of Enterprises

Informatization became the strongest driving power for industrial technological innovation during the third industrial revolution, and so is the case of Chinese enterprises in information era. Under the general historical background, the Party recognized the great significance of promoting the integration of informatization and industrialization to the enterprise reformation:such integration is the intrinsic requirement for enterprise reformation and development and also an important way of enhancing enterprise creativity and market competitiveness. However, there has not been a common view as for the specific aspects of enterprise competitiveness enhancement through informatization, and the potentially efficient aspects of investment in informatization construction by enterprises. This thesis, while researching the correlation degree between informatization and enterprise competitiveness, quantified the degree of enterprise competitiveness enhancement through informatization by empirical analysis, thus providing theoretical reference for enterprises in decision on informatization construction and for governments in stipulation of macro policies on informatization. The research idea of this paper: Firstly, through the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), contruct theevaluation systems for informatization level and enterprise competitiveness level, then, through questionnaire to obtain the data of enterprises in Shandong province substitution which is calculated and laied the foundation for the empirical analysis later. Secondly, through the description statistics analysis, intuitively associations, industry and region of the two factors to influence the level of integration of industrialization and information changes form a judgment, one yuan after the return to further verify the description statistics analysis on the relationship by the judgments. Thirdly, through the multiple regression analysis to verify the industry and regional factors which affect the enterprise competitiveness is significant, the results have a great effect on industry, regional factors between the mainland city of Shandong province is not significant, so the research of this article will eventually scope lock manufacturing enterprises in Shandong province; Finally, through to the manufacturing enterprises in Shandong province data to perform structural equation analysis and canonical correlation analysis, the article draws on the conclusion of the causality and specific path.The proposed targets of this thesis: (1) Complete the evaluation systems for informatization level and enterprise competitiveness level, which are the strong operability and the certain consistence with the practical situations of the enterprises at the present stage, by Analytic Hierarchy Process, in order to facilitate the further research and the evaluation of informatization level and competitiveness level by enterprises.(2) Based on the already-built evaluation system, conduct researches on correlation and causal relationshipsof the competitiveness and the industrialization and information fusion by the manufacturing enterprises in Shandong province, also on the effects and ways of the integration of informatization and industrialization in promotion of enterprise development and enhancement of enterprise market competitiveness, thus obtaining the functioning degree of the integration degree and of the internal aspects of integration to the aspects of enterprise competitiveness.(3) According to thedescriptive statistics analysis,this paper obtain the enterprise overall informatization and competitiveness level and induce the regional and industrial distribution thereof, of the enterprises in Shandong Province at the present stage, thus putting forward corresponding suggestions on policies.The innovative points of this thesis are as follows:(1) This paper constructs the multivariate regression model with industry factors, regional factors and the level of the fusion between industrialization and information, three of dependent and independent variables combined with the level of enterprise competitiveness, and then analyze the factors associated with the level of enterprise competitiveness, analysis found that industry with thelevel of the fusion between industrialization and information has a significantly influence on enterprise competitiveness level, howeverthere is not significant influence on enterprise competitiveness levelwithin cities in Shandong province among the regional difference. Based on the empirical analysis of the above factors related, itnarrows down the manufacturing enterprises in Shandong province by using the structure equation and the narrow of canonical correlation analysis in this paper. According to the structural equationanalysis, this paper introduces other important variable associated (high stability, the efficiency of management, staff quality and the level of enterprise informationinnovation degree) which related to "the level of the fusion between industrialization and information" and "the level of competitiveness". Through the research discovery, the integration of the two level determines the level of enterprise competition more, also, obtained the quantitative data which the level of the fusion between industrialization and information has an important affection on the level of competitiveness.(2) Based on empirical analysis conclusion which the level of the fusion between industrialization and information improves the competitiveness level, this paper, by using canonical correlation analysis further discusses the various factors in the fusion between industrialization and information on the influence of various factors in the enterprise’s competitiveness level of size. According to the canonical correlation analysis, the empirical results found that the level of the fusion between industrialization and information had a greater influence on the economic efficiency and management level of the competitiveness level, and the smaller influence on the financial situation and scientific and technological innovation. Also, it verifies the targets (1.Enhance external enterprise competitiveness and maintain market position;2.Improve the internal management efficiency of enterprises) of enterprise informatization raised by Tallon (2000), i.e. the two aspects to be concerned in enterprise informatization construction. On the other hand, it is proved by figures that informatization enhances enterprise competitiveness level in both external environment and internal structure.Informatization will be a significant means of enhancing enterprise competitiveness, and informatization construction will be an important field of future enterprise investment in the long-term future. It is of great significance for future informatization construction to research successfully on the point of strength for enhancing enterprise competitiveness level as well as the bottleneck in informatization construction by Chinese enterprises.
