With the improvement of living standards, the demand for aquatic maintained anannual growth rate of10%, and the quality requirement for aquatic purchase isincreasingly high. The aquatic purchasing pathway has already gradually expandedfrom the traditional markets to supermarkets, specialty stores, even the network,which led to the increasingly high demand for distribution services of farmingenterprises. But high-quality services and cost control are in such a dilemma. In thispaper, an analysis of the development of Ningbo turtle distribution issues is done onthe basis of related preliminary research and analysis of joint distribution worldwide,and the result shows that problems include the low order fulfillment, response timeand high distribution costs. Existing research shows that the use of a commondistribution can effectively reduce distribution costs and improve the efficiency ofdelivery, therefore this paper is focused on the necessity of turtle common distributionin Ningbo City, as well as how it can actual operates. It is using the distribution theoryto solve practical issues, and other investigators are able to do in-depth research forNingbo the turtle logistics problems based on this study. And the experience of thetext can also be applicable to the solution of a similar situation.First part illustrates the concept and the role of distribution and joint distribution, italso discusses the theoretical foundation of building a joint distribution center inNingbo. The second step is to analyze the most outstanding issues of its distributionbusiness in Ningbo turtle logistics using Lengjiang Company which is in a leadingplace as an example, by a SCOR benchmarking analysis. As the writer thinkschanging the distribution pattern is the best way of solving these problems, the paperthen shows the necessity to build a turtle common distribution center in bothquantitative and qualitative ways. At last the writer plans for the turtle distributioncenter, focus on organizational structure of the distribution center, the main businessprocesses. Also some internal details of the distribution center, including forecastingits annual amount of work, the choice of warehousing zone settings, sorting tool ofchoice, as well as loading and unloading tools are discussed. Particularly a number oftypes of value-added services for the turtle distribution center operations, such asturtle cleaning and packaging, payment collection, aquaculture feedstock buy. The endof the article is the outlook for this innovation, and future research.
