With the development of the world soybean production as well as the impact of the globaleconomy, soybean production and market face up to the problems about overall area is reduced,yields increase, the total output was flat, inventory reduction, increased demand, high prices, tightsupply and demand all around the world in recent years. China’s soybean industry is facingunprecedented grim situation, domestic soybean production in three consecutive years of reducedproduction, a sharp contraction in soybean acreage, domestic soybean prices rapidly rising,increasing soybean consumption, imports have risen dramatically, domestic soybean processingindustry, large-scale foreign, the layout of the port of. All these cases are increasingly detrimentalto the needs of sustainable development about China’s soybean industry. Heilongjiang Province isa major soybean producing provinces in China, which has played an irreplaceable role in thehistory of the overall development of China’s soybean industry. Facing the grim situation of theinternational and domestic soybean industry, a clear direction of development of the soybeanindustry in the province, timely and accurate manner is necessary to adjust the industrial policy,which is also China’s soybean industry problems should be solved.Based on it, this study contains the status and trends of the development of the soybeanindustry at home and abroad to sort out the problems and difficulties that currently exist in thedevelopment process of Chinese soybean industry, the depth of excavation Nenjiang advantage ofthe development of the soybean industry, raising the the Nenjiang soybean industry developmentstrategy, exploring a scientific and feasible in northern China, non-genetically modified soybeanindustry development road.This paper first analyses about the present situation of in Nenjiangcounty. Then put forward the development countermeasures of soybean industry in NenjiangCounty.The results show that Nenjiang town development of the soybean industry have manyadvantages of the construction of the park upgrades about the enrichment resource reservesobvious advantages leading, modern agriculture, industrial base, excellent ecological environment,the cooperative effect of highlighting.The countermeasures contain to build green building, organic, high protein, non-geneticallymodified soybean production base; to build China’s first non-genetically modified soybeans FoodScience and Technology Industrial Park; to build core soy regional agricultural products logisticscenter; to take efforts to shape a new brand of Nenjiang soybean; to promote the "Chinese soybeanCity" building vigorously.
