Research Of Cows Breeding Industry Development&Countermeasure In Nenjiang County

Cows breeding industry is an important part of the national economy, and it’s level ofdevelopment is a symbol that indicate animal husbandry even agricultural level of development.Along with Chinese reform and opening up, people’s living standards improve, the cows breedingindustry as the rapid development of a trade hot spot in the economic development. In these areasthat adjust Chinese agricultural structure, solve the rural surplus labor force transformation,increase farmers’ income, tailored the needs of national life and improve the Chinese physicalquality, cows breeding industry play an important role, has become the important industry innational economic development and social progress. Since2006, with the "two cows and a pigproject" of Helongjiang Province, cows breeding industry of Nenjiang County enters a fastdevelopment stage, that shown numbers of dairy cows be increased rapidly; feeding levels beenhanced constantly; large-scale farming areas be increased continually. These promoted that thechange of rural economic structure; the increase of income of the farmers; the development ofcountry financial condition. But there are still a big gap that comparing the relatively developedareas. In order to find out the reason for the delay of Nenjiang County cows breeding industrydevelopment, and promote its further development, I investigated the present state of NenjiangCounty and foreign country cows breeding industry through data collection, site survey andquestionnaire survey. I discovered the problems in Nenjiang County. For example, the cowproduction performance is relatively low; the economic benefits of cows breeding industry thatcompared to other industries; the social service and business support system are unsoundness thatbe related to cows breeding industry; the economic interest of dairy enterprises can’t closely linkwith farmers; the coupling mechanism is imperfection, etc. In the study, I draw lessons from theexperiences of both at home and abroad, recommend that (1) establish the cow seed breedingsystem to improve the coverage rate of improved varieties,(2) strengthen service to enhance thequality of development,(3) strengthen the various aspects support to ensure sound development ofcows breeding industry,(4) strengthening the farmer cooperative organization to fight for equalright of speech,(5) strengthen brand awareness to energetically promote the green brand strategy,(6) strengthen the construction of service system to promote the development of cows breedingindustry,(7) broaden the financing channels to solve the problem of development of cows breedingindustry,(8) carry out “dairy industry enriching the people project” to provide a good socialenvironment that promote the development of cows breeding industry. Finally, improve theunder-developed state to advance the development of cows breeding industry in Nenjiang County.
