Mountain Lao Tea is one of the excellent tea in China. In recent years, it has attracted more and moreattention from consumers due to its taste, nutrients and unique culture characteristics. Gradually, it hasblended in people’s life. In the21st century, the market competition being fierce, any enterprise wantingto expand sales, increase market influence, need to construction and promote their brands. In reality,Mountain Lao tea has a certain production scale, but for lacking strong brand, it did not create thecorresponding output value. Therefore, building brand and promoting the brand is the only way of theMountain Lao tea industry to develop in science and health.This paper, subject to domestic and foreign brands theory, on the basis of digging deeper into the historyof the development of the Mountain Lao tea and market conditions, combined with the statisticalanalysis of the the Mountain Lao product brand value survey results, summarized the status of brandbuilding of Mountain Lao Tea, and pointed out that the there are some problems. Then, according to theexisting problems, the author summarying research results, puts forward the idea and strategy ofMountain Lao tea brand construction and promotion, provideing reference for the further development.At last, the paper promoted the security measures of brand operation, from brand evaluation andmanagement to Mountain Lao tea association, the enterprise itself.Today there are many research on the brand of tea, but for the new variety such as Mountain Lao Tealess, therefore, researching Mountain Lao tea, has a certain value. Brand building and promoting is along and complex process, all enterprises according to their own situation, should plan and selectiveimplement the brand strategy, until you make their own goals.
