TC Seamless Steel Tube Company is a domestic enterprise specialized in the production of small diameter, thin-walled, high-alloy seamless steel pipe. At present, its production efficiency has been significantly improved, and the production scale expanded with a good overall momentum of development and facing new opportunities for large-scale financing. In the situation of this increasingly intense competition in the steel company, intensified steel pipe market globalization process, and the constant adjustment of national macro-policies, it is of important significance to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy based on the enterprise’s development strategy, for the survival and development of TC Seamless. Through the analysis of marketing environment (including the macro environment and micro environment), TC Seamless select its market segments and target market positioning for the main development of small-caliber, thin-walled, high-alloy featuring seamless steel pipe, accumulating in the vast developing oil and gas, high pressure or extra high pressure boiler industry with superior products, paying attention to the key customers of these projects, and focusing on the demand for key species. Therefore, TC Seamless needs to change product structures, to improve production equipments, to play an active advantage of enterprise’ strong power of technology and fast development of new products, tostrengthen the management of customer relationship, and to implement a comprehensive marketing tactics. In order to ensure the realization of the corporate marketing objectives, TC Seamless needs further reflection in product strategy, pricing strategy, promotion strategy and distribution channel strategies, and a focus on the service system of customer satisfaction.
