With the development of our economy, the domestic has increase demand for seamless pipes. Many enterprises enter this field, so the seamless pipe equipment market is very active. Some Design and Manufacture enterprises in this field participate in this market positively through cooperation. As one of the main products of Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Plant(TZ)—the seamless pipe equipment, how to fully utilize its strength to enlarge the seamless pipe equipment market share, the Marketing Strategy on this product will play an important roll to solve this problem.In view of this question, this paper first starts with the significance of the selected- topic, the same as research purpose, by introducing the development of seamless pipe equipment industrial and the present situation of the designing and manufacturing high quality the seamless pipe equipment both in China and abroad, as well as analyzing Marketing Strategy about seamless pipe equipment, moreover, the paper analyses and forecast the market; then by using SWOT to analyze the market environment in and out of TZ ,at last, according to the analysis, you may know how to find proper market subdivision and location of seamless pipe equipment for TZ, finally, the author proposes concrete measures and feasible Marketing Strategy for the seamless pipe equipment.The conclusion from this paper is based on the market investigation data,the quantitative analysis comparison and the qualitative theory as a combination. The findings may help TZ making better Marketing on the Seamless Pipe Equipment and occupy the market.The author hopes this paper will help the related department of the enterprises effectively , and making good achievement through implementing these Strategies.
