The international shipping market boom is rising and provides a good external environment for shipbuilding enterprises’ development. As a traditional heavy transportation equipment manufacturing industry of ship industry, shipbuilding enterprise bear the huge production tasks, including the development of military supplies task and civil ship mass production task. Exploration and research on China’s shipbuilding enterprises as the market environment changes and requirements of the new type of supply chain coordination mode is very necessary.This paper takes KHI shipbuilding enterprise as the background, puts in the modern supply chain management and optimization theories and methods, Through the establishment and the consummation enterprise supply chain management and coordination mode, optimize KHI shipbuilding enterprise supply chain management, improve KHI shipbuilding enterprise cost, quality and time and so on key performance level, so as to enhance the KHI enterprise competitive power in the international market. The paper first analyzes the shipbuilding enterprises at home and abroad in the present situation of the supply chain management, and make use of the supply chain management theory, the core competitive power management theory, value chain theory and the modern shipbuilding process management related theory method, in-depth analysis of the current KHI shipbuilding enterprise supply chain management mode, and points out the existing problems; Secondly, in view of the enterprise inside and outside environment characteristics, finished KHI shipbuilding enterprise supply chain coordination model and system, and based on this, the operational and strategic two levels of coordination model and structure design, with inventory management as connection hub, in the use of performance evaluation strategy as a means of regulation and control of enterprise internal and external, through the integration of the resources of the supply chain coordination management process design and improvement, in order to realize enterprise supply chain management in quality, time and cost benefit of the comprehensive promotion.
