Achieve agricultural modernization is necessary to the development of high-yield,high-quality crop varieties, through the vigorous promotion of agricultural mechanization toreduce the production cost of the unit of land area, but the operating status quo of China’srural land fragmentation is not conducive to the development of modern agriculture. Throughthe land transfer, the concentration of land contiguous scale cultivation is the inevitable trendof development in agriculture. However, the willingness of farmers to develop large-scaleland operation, as well as large-scale land operation how farmers income? Therefore, thisarticle will be from Aksu, Xinjiang, Changji, Hotan, Tacheng field research data as a basis forempirical research, so as to provide the basis for government decision-making.This paper analyzes the status quo of large-scale land operation in Xinjiang, thenmultiple logistic model of factors that affect the willingness of the farmers scale landmanagement, and found that, regional economic conditions underdeveloped, agricultural landtransfer price is low, expected to participate in large-scale land operationoptimistic about theemployment of agricultural workers and low cost make the farmers to expand the scale landmanagement will increase. By higher levels of education, the higher the proportion ofnon-agricultural income is expected to participate in large-scale land operation optimisticcause farmers to narrow the large-scale land operation will enhance.Secondly, the use of the DID model analysis of farmers through voluntary transfer orshares of land involved in the effect of large-scale land operation. Of case study in this ruralland shares in the cooperative. The results showed that farmers voluntarily participate inlarge-scale land operation, participation relative to households, the farming per capita incomeand per capita farming income is significantly reduced, but did not participate in householdper capita net income, dividend income per capita and per capita labor income are significantgrowth and The participating household the policy income per capita and per capita dividendincome increased with the increase in cultivated land. Factors affecting the income of farmers:farmers age and per capita per capita policy income, farming income and per capita farmingindustry revenue was significantly positive correlation; farmers per capita workers incomeand per capita pure income and by level of education was significantly positive related onOther income was not significant.Again, the same DID model analysis of the effect of farmers non-voluntary scale landmanagement. We can see that the farmers non-voluntary scale land management to participatein the households with respect to participating households, per capita net income and percapita farming income, but the per capita income of workers and farming income per capitagrowing trend, but the increase is not obvious. Involuntary participation in the establishmentof large-scale land operation organizations low income farmers, and even losses occurred. In addition, income impact factors analysis results show that, workers per capita income and percapita net income and age was negative relevant and significant, while the per capita incomeaquaculture industry with age was being relevant and significant; extent of per capita netincome and education are not having significant with correlation; policy per capita income, offarming per capita income and per capita land transfer income and arable land have shown asignificant positive correlation. Finally, the summary of the full text, make policy recommendations based on the resultsof the empirical analysis, regulate land circulation, strengthen the education and training offarmers, vigorously develop secondary and tertiary industries, the protection of farmers’ landcontract and management rights, and respect the wishes of farmers.
