Land Utility Status And Intensive Utility Model Research In Jiangxi Development Zone

Development Zone is a special planned area in which to attract outsource&technology&human resource etc, to optimize industrial layout, to boom local economy.Each development zone has already been the key point to lead local economy development,however, some disadvantages exist on degrees such as low land utility, vague functionlocating, distract structure trend or property. Now days all zones are transferring graduallyfrom extensive model to intensive model. Research on current intensive land status isuseful for leaders to map out a more reasonable plan in development zone to stimulatelocal economy. Research methods involved in this research include documentation analysis&on-site investigation&systematic analysis&mathematic model&qualitative andquantitative analysis. Major work as follows:（1）Make a summary on domestic&aboard land utility experience based on readingrelative documentations. Plan first, separate area regulation, tax adjustment are majormethods in aboard zone to improve land utility. While plan control, metric control, policycontrol domestic.（2）Analysis main issues in Jiangxi development zone on land utility by collectingactual data and status research especially comparison on different areas or types. Thenmake an intensive evaluation on Jiangxi according to two index systems which are nationallevel and provincial level to express an overall status in Jiangxi Development Zone.（3）Based on space layout characteristics and quantity ratio of provincial level zonesin whole province zone, combined with advanced experience and typical principles in eachzone we choose three zones (Nanchang Gaoxin DZ, Fengxin DZ, Jing Gangshang DZ) asthe research target and results in3detailed reports.（4）Propose3main intensive utility models suit for Jiangxi DZ based on the aboveconclusion.
