Jiangxi Province,the Landless Peasants Of The Social Security Problem Research

Due to the dualistic system is still exist in the land expropriation action leaded by government, the current land expropriation system and compensation system are made by government, consequently, the land expropriated farmers lost the discourse right and were in the unfavorable status. Farmers’land expropriation means that the whole family completely lost the economic sources in rural district, therefore, it is absolutely necessary to bring lost-land farmers into social security.From the lost-land situation in Jiangxi province, farmer losing land mostly concentrated on the conjoint location of suburb, an industrial parks of all levels of government and national large size infrastructural construction such as reservoir, expressway and railway and so on. In this dissertation, the investigation of the lost-land farmers’life, the social security and employment situation of Jiangxi province were carried out, then the current outstanding problems and causes were analyzed, afterward, the lost-land farmer’s social security at home and abroad was studied and analyzed, based on this, some suggestions and idea of the lost-land farmer’s social security problem in Jiangxi province were proposed.In this dissertation, the lost-land farmer’s social security was studied through quantitative investigation and qualitative investigation. There were five sections in the dissertation, in the first section, the objective and significance and research status at home and abroad were discussed, and the research thinking and method were proposed, furthermore, the theory related to lost-land farmer’s social security including the concept of lost-land farmer, the theory related to social security, Marx’s social security theory, Pigau’s economics of welfare and Keynes’governmental intervention theory were studied. In the second section, the present situation and problems of lost-land farmer’s social security were discussed, the present situation of lost-land farmers, compensation situation of lost-land farmers and social security situation in Jiangxi province were analyzed through the investigation. The third section explained the main problem and cause of lost-land farmers existed in Jiangxi province, analyzed the present problem and found out the cause of those problems through those phenomenons. The fourth section based on the conclusion of the social experience of lost-land farmer’s social security at home and abroad to propose the enlightenment of lost-land farmer’s social security in Jiangxi province. In the fifth section, the suggestion related to solve the problems of lost-land farmer’s social security in Jiangxi province was proposed, which including to propose the establishment of long-term mechanism for farmers benefit, to propose construction of old-age security, medical security, employment security mode and legal protection in Jiangxi province.
