Flow Characteristics Of Oil Resources And Environmental Effects

Oil, as one kind of energy sources and strategic materials, is in a pretty important position and has played an important part in the world economy. The moving/circulating of oil resources are similar to a kind of "flow" system. It is related to the mining sector, the process refining sector and final consumption enterprises and individuals, and so on. In the process of consumption of oil resources, it includes both lateral flow and vertical mobility; it involves resource production, transportation, processing, and the location of the consumer, and also involves different sectors and industries. It not only links with the economic system closely, but also has a profound interference with ecological environment system regionally. And thought the two facts, it further affects the social system regionally. The paper attempts to investigate the flow characteristics of oil resources and environmental effects in the flow process in the perspective of macro-regional and micro-enterprises, according to "China Energy Statistical Yearbook","Statistical Yearbook of Jiangsu Province" and first-hand research data.Based on elaborating research background and significance of research and studying the theoretical basis and the main research method, this paper mainly includes two levels for analysis.One is the analysis of flow characteristics and environmental effects of the oil resources provincially, The other is the analysis of flow characteristics and environmental effects of oil resources within an enterprise. The former builds a panoramic view of the oil resources in Jiangsu Province using life cycle analysis and material flow analysis methods, and analyzes the flow characteristics of the oil resources in Jiangsu Province, then introduces end-consumer aspects of the current situation of Jiangsu Province, and finally, calculates the flow amount of the oil resources and pollutant emissions in Jiangsu Province base on the relevant statistical information and accounting indicators, and analyzes the environmental effects of the full life-cycle in Jiangsu Province. The latter introduces relevant information and the longitudinal flow characteristics of oil resources in L enterprise. The process quality inputs and depleting substances, the amount of product and its proportion of L enterprise in the2011are sorted out. The oil longitudinal flow of the various aspects of waste gas, waste water emissions of L enterprise in the2011is analyzed quantitatively. Environmental effects of oil processing process are made clearly. The sewage data is collected and is compared in between different Years. Emissions reduction reasons and the corresponding measures are analyzed.Through the analyzing of flow of the oil resources in Jiangsu Province and a representative large-scale oil refining enterprise case, the flow characteristics of oil resources and its environmental effects are defined clearly. In the same time, it provides a realistic basis for specific emission reduction measures. From the two aspects of the macro-regional perspective and micro enterprises, the research have value and practical significance to petroleum resource using and economic, social and ecological coordinated development.
