| Energy consumed by human activities continue to produce carbon dioxide, which is the the main reason of greenhouse effect. Global warming will be a serious threat to biodiversity and human security. The burning of fossil fuels produces carbon dioxide is mainly due to the greenhouse effect caused. Global climate change and its possible impact on the Earth and human society has caused widespread concern of the international community. China’s rapid economic growth has brought the growth of energy consumption, coupled with the coal-dominated energy consumption structure, leading to the rapid growth of the total carbon emissions, is increasingly becoming one of the world’s largest emitter of carbon. Therefore, the study of the impact of carbon dioxide emissions factors, and puts forward energy saving and emission reduction policy, are very meaningful.This article is based on the the LMDI decomposition model to build the tertiary industry and consumer carbon decomposition model, the tertiary industry and consumer carbon emissions of various factors:for each impact factor trend analysis. The results show that economic growth is the most important factor affecting the tertiary industry and consumer carbon dioxide emissions in1999to2009, the contribution ratio of76.5%of the carbon emissions, rising living standards and the adjustment of energy structure affect China in1999-2009carbon emissions minor contributing factor, the contribution ratio of22.1%in the improvement of people’s living standards will inevitably bring more carbon emissions. The main drivers of carbon emissions growth is rapid economic development. In the high-speed development of industrialization and urbanization process, China’s environment is bound to withstand greater pressure; followed for the development of the telecommunications enterprises regression analysis, the results show that the model fit and significant features, the coefficient of the regression results show that the first and tertiary industries and consumer carbon emissions and the development of the telecommunications industry and tertiary industry and the consumer level there is a negative correlation between the telecommunications industry for China’s tertiary industry and consumer carbon emission reduction effect.In this article, we can see that the telecom companies in the third industrial production and consumer presents significant "reduction" effect. Telecommunications enterprises it is through the application of ICT technology to improve the level of production management, improve resource utilization, reduce energy consumption, reduce production costs, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and Emission reduction, through the ICT services in people’s lives at the same time to reduce the physical and energy consumption. |
