With the further opening-up of China Financial Policies, the competition among the commercial banks aggravates, large commercial banks are facing the pressure of optimal resources allocation and improve the profit ratio of each bank sub-branch; medium commercial bank encounters the difficulty of rapid expansion and construction. Research on the efficiency of commercial bank office and its improve strategies, is quite practical for improving the delicacy management and will be valuable reference for the deployment and implementation of bank marketing strategy.The Article consists of6chapters. Chapter One introduces the current status of the channel development of China commercial banks and clarifies the importance of efficiency analysis of commercial bank sub-branch and improvement strategy by analyzing the competition pressure and challenges and the general status of related domestic and oversea researches. Chapter Two analyzes the selection methods of efficiency index system and selects6indexes in4dimensions as the index system of efficiency evaluation. Chapter Three researches the grouping method based on the index system and utilizes30sample data for verification. Chapter Four selected real data of861bank sub-branch under certain commercial bank branch to achieve the application of the efficiency analysis based on the research results of Chapter Two and Three, and further clarifies the methods and improvement strategies. Chapter Five extracts one sample respectively from the4types of bank sub-branch to do the single-sample case analysis and provide specific improvement opinions.
