In the context of the transition and the comprehensive reform pilot area, bonded logistics park construction is more important. The main contents in this article are as follows:(1) Summarizes the relevant theory of logistics park, including connotation, characteristics and classification of the logistics park and layout planning principles, forms, methods; analysis the concept and business model of Bonded Logistics Park;(2) Using Shanxi International land Port bonded Logistics Park as an example, analyze the current situation of the logistics park development, and point out that the policies and regulations in the process of the logistics park construction of are not perfect, enterprise information’s level is low, park planning has defects, and logistics personnel is lack;(3) Combining with the second part of the analysis and theory of logistics parks and bonded logistics park planning, by system layout design method to build the park layout planning model, use the weighted factor comparison method to calculate the optimal solution of the park layout scheme;(4) Based on the above analysis, propose a solution for the development of Shanxi International Inland Port bonded Logistics Park, including the scientific development of rational development plan, the increasing government investment in infrastructure platforms and public information platform, a reasonable position bonded Logistics Park, expanding economic hinterland and the establishment of effective mechanisms of cooperation, actively developing the industrial symbiosis logistics industry model, and guiding enterprises to fully play their own advantages.
