With the progress of science and technology and the development of productiveforces, people’s rising living standards, consumer demand for products diversitybecomes increasingly obvious, the competition between enterprises has intensified,coupled with the buyer’s market gradually occupies the dominant position, productlife cycle shorten greatly, makes the uncertainty of market demand greatly increased.To make accurate prediction difficult enterprise faced with the rapidly changingmarket. At the same time, due to the limited resources of an enterprise, any enterprisecan’t do that, in this case, the enterprise in order to deal with the internal and externalpressure, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, more and more attentionand on, downstream enterprises to establish a strategic partnership, will not have thecompetitive advantage of the business are separated from the enterprise, cooperationbetween the competitive advantage of enterprises is increasingly dependent on thecooperation of enterprises. This makes the market competition is not the competitionbetween enterprises, and turn to exist between enterprise cooperation relationship insupply chain competition. Therefore, a new form of enterprise organization willemerge as the times require--supply chain alliance, it has become an important wayfor modern enterprises to develop and maintain a competitive advantage.In the face of how many enterprises choose the right supply chain alliancepartner, how to maintain the alliance partnerships are enterprises to solve the problem,but the risk of supply chain alliance and alliance disintegration phenomenon.Therefore, to explore the factors influencing supply chain alliance, effects of supplychain alliance on alliance performance, supply chain alliance to improve thesuccessful rate, has the important theoretical and practical significance to increase thestability of the alliance, this paper focuses on the study of these problems.In this paper, starting from the establishment of the influence of the core strategicpartnership in supply chain theories and supply chain enterprise to partners, presentedunstable factors and Countermeasures of supply chain strategic partnership; analyzethe strategic partnership in supply chain profit. This paper selects12can reflect thepartners can measure performance, design the questionnaire, and gets the data from the questionnaires of4main factors were selected, on the basis of further identifiedinto12indexes of4main factors of partnership effects. Research shows that, the mainfactors affecting the enterprise supply chain alliance partnership embodies theintegration ability, cultural compatibility, cooperation and coordination andcooperation satisfaction4aspects in the enterprise. And further analysis of the causesof these four aspects have different effects on the partnership. Finally, some policysuggestions are given.
