With the rapid technological development, the objective phenomena and demands of tight cost, risk diversification, complementary technologies, enhancing corporate competitiveness, lead enterprises which relying on their internal resources are difficult to gain a competitive advantage. In this context, alliance form based on information sharing and cooperation complementarities is took an attention by entrepreneurs as an important strategy measures for enterprise development. However, the performance of dynamic alliance is not satisfactory; the failure rate of alliance is high. Through analysis of the reasons, we find that many companies in the critical areas of partner selection lack professional ability, thus affecting the performance of dynamic alliance, leading to the failure of the alliance. To this end, through the empirical analysis we can make objective evaluation of the impact, and provide feasible measures to improve dynamic alliance performance.This paper uses a literature review, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis and other methods, makes a depth research. Obtained a series of conclusions for the practice of dynamic alliance enterprises how to choose the right alliance partners in order to improve business performance provides a reference value.Firstly, this chapter describes relevant theory, including the meaning dynamic alliance, partner selection and the concept of dynamic alliance performance, balanced scorecard.Secondly, constructs theoretical models followed by the former paper the theoretical, and then describes how to design questionnaires; verifies the hypotheses in the third Chapter through statistical analysis, gets the result those different indicators of partner selection is significant relevant with those different indicators of alliance performance, indicates that partners selection have an impact on the performance of dynamic alliance, and further understands that the change of partner selection in various indicators is how to impact the performance of dynamic alliance by regression analysis.Finally, this chapter summarizes this paper's main conclusions, depending on different weights; the enterprise of dynamic alliance can strengthen the indications of the more relevant to improve alliance performance, also gives more values of the practical application.
