Analysis Of The Impact Of Foreign Direct Investment On China’s Agricultural Security

With the development of economic globalization,a large amount of foreign directinvestment flows into China’s agricultural sector.Agricultural security will face a severetest.This paper studies the effects of foreign direct investment on China’s agriculturalsecurity by the method of empirical analysis.To further enrich the theory analysis of theeffects of foreign direct investment on the industry security.At the same time,the foreigncapital to enter China’s agriculture is a “double-edged sword”,Not only can bring positiveeffects to the development of agriculture in China,but also has some negative effect onagriculture. So we study about the effects of foreign investment on the agriculturalsecurity,which can help finding the problem and putting forward some methods andmeasures. To explore how to establish security strategy of China’s agriculture hasguiding significance in the new stage of economic development.The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly discusses the purpose andsignificance of the topic, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas andmethods,the innovation and deficiency of this article. The second chapter is thetheoretical analysis part,which discusses the foreign direct investment theory and thetheory of industrial security.Give the definition of agricultural security and description ofthe foreign direct investment mechanism of our country agriculture security.The thirdchapter discusses the development history of agricultural utilization of foreign capital inchina. From the agricultural industry chain perspective describes the present situation ofagricultural utilization of foreign capital problems in China.The fourth chapter is theempirical part.Give the index system of evaluating agricultural security. Based on thismodel, through the mathematical deduction measured the relationship between industrialsafety index and industrial safety degree.And then build an econometric regression modelon the effects of foreign direct investment on agricultural safety analysis.The mainconclusions are as follows,foreign direct investment has a significant positive effect onthe agricultural development.Foreign direct investment in agriculture growth rateincreased1percentage.Agricultural development capacity increased0.41percentagepoints;Foreign direct investment has a negative and significant effect on agricultural competitive force.Foreign direct investment in agriculture growth rate increased1percentage. The competitiveness of agriculture declined0.14percentage points; Foreigndirect investment has the positive effect is not significant to the agriculturaldependence.Foreign direct investment growth rate increased1percentage. Agriculturalforeign degree of dependency increased0.03percentage points; Foreign directinvestment has the positive effect is not significant to the agricultural controlled force.Foreign direct investment growth rate increased1percentage. Agricultural controlledforce increased0.02percentage points.The fifth chapter is the policy suggestion part.Inthe use of foreign direct investment at the same time, Put forward a series of policymeasures to protect China’s agricultural security.
