A Case Study On Equipment Maintenance Management Of Shenyang Thermoelectric

This paper chose Shenyang National Electric Power Company Limited as the researching topic, aiming to carry a further and systematic research on the facilities maintain management of the company through the sparrow dissection approach.The first chapter is introduction, describing the development of the electric power maintain system in two periods. One period is from after the founding of PRC to before reform and opening up, and the other period is after reform and opening up to right now. We follow this study subsequence in order to find a historic development process in the longitudinal direction. Besides, the research purposes and meaning, the whole thought and analysis method, as well as the research contents and structure are given out to clarify the whole logical construction.The second chapter introduces the current situation of Shenyang electric power maintain from the aspect of focusing on the historic and current facility maintain system, combing three accidents about facility destroy to offer statement about the repair management problem.The third chapter is the theoretical basis. Initially, some basic theories about facilities maintain management is discussed. Subsequently, three most crucial theoretical bases, TPM, RCM and LCC are introduced in detail. And analyzes the present problems of Shenyang electric power maintain management as well as the reasons that causing the problems to provide a solve way.The forth chapter includes the major reform suggestions on Shenyang electric power facility maintain management. There are three main theories, the LCC for choosing facility, the TPM for testing maintain work and the RGM for selecting key period, to decide selective solution.The last chapter is a conclusion of the whole paper. In this part, we compare the shortcomings with the advantages, coming up with the future research proposal.
