Research Of Equipment Management Model Improve Of Liuhua Company

With the development of economic and technology, the market competition is more and more intense, and the customer’s demand individuation and diversification trend is more and more obvious. The enterprise need to adjust their strategies and management model, introduce new technology and new equipment, enhance the efficiency of equipment operation in order to obtain the market competition advantage. But we find the old management level and model could not meet the need of enterprise’s development. The contradiction between the improvement of machine level and the old management model, which seriously restricted the enterprise management level and effectiveness improve, has become increasing. Thus, it is particularly important and urgent to study the enterprise’s equipment management model.In this paper, we take Liuhua Company as the research object. We analysis the existed problems among the manage process of the equipment. Then, we introduce the improved policies. At last, we studied the implementation and evaluation of the plan. Firstly, the author combed and summarized equipment management theory system. Also, we summarized the advanced equipment management theory and methods in our country, combining with the group actual situation to determine the current application of the company equipment management theory, method and maintenance model. Secondly, we analyzed the situation of the company’s equipment management, and found that in the equipment management exist the following questions:(1) equipment management system is not sound;(2) equipment management organization and processes are not perfect;(3) equipment management and maintenance mode are backward, etc. These problems lead to the company equipment management comprehensive low efficiency and high cost directly. Thirdly, On the basis of following the equipment management improvement scheme principle, we designed general framework of the equipment management system improved scheme. This improved scheme includes the improvement of equipment management concept and operation skill training, the improvement of organizational structure and process, the improvement of equipment maintenance mode and the improvement of the autonomous maintenance.This paper design the propose program by steps for the smooth implementation and achieve the goal of this new scheme.(1) hierarchical training, planning publicity;(2) construction the management system, implement scheme plan;(3) employees in improving activity, independent automatic maintenance;(4) improve comprehensively promote, check consolidate results. We construct the objective assessment system in order to evaluate the improvement plan. At last, we further the follow-up study.We hope it can promote the equipment manage level and the improvement of economic benefit for Liuhua company through our study. And, we also hope that it can helpful for other similar enterprises.
