More and more enterprises have realized that the development of enterprises lies in the training of personnel is the improvement of the overall quality of staff. Entrepreneurship development through enterprise staff training, how scientific and efficient organization of staff training is particularly important. Inevitable choice to establish a sound corporate staff training system is to solve an effective way to improve the overall quality of staff, but also to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. This paper introduces the theory of marketing training, combined with aquatic enterprise and industry status quo, and the status of aquatic corporate marketing personnel training and identified aquatic corporate marketing staff training in problem ultimately solve these training issues establish the aquatic corporate marketing training system.
