With the rapidly development of social and economic, the exiting power facilities can’t meet the dramatically increased demand of residential and industrial electricity. We could increase the reliability and economic benefits of power network capacity increasing project by use engineering economic analysis.This study analyzed the reliability and economic benefits value of three different connection modes. As a result, we created an analysis system for connection modes, which can get the value of reliability and economic benefits. By using this analysis system, we choose a best connection mode for D Country development zone power network capacity increasing project.This study judged the feasibility of power network capacity increasing project by analyzed the reliability rate and less power supply loss. We judged the profitability and repayment ability of power network capacity increasing project by analyzed the asset-liability ratio and return rate, payback period, net profit margin. Finally, we created analysis system for power network capacity increasing project. By using this analysis system, we believed that the D Country network capacity increasing project have enough profitability and good financial security, which would return the loan on time.
