Burqin County Farmer Entrepreneurship Promotion Planning Countermeasures

Burqin County was listed as the first autonomous region "entrepreneurial county" in2009. Throughyears of development, Burqin County farmer entrepreneurship promotion policy under the guidance of theproject has made significant development. However, the development of a weak economic foundation,economic output is small, rural surplus labor difficulties and other issues are still very significant. Tounderstand the current situation and entrepreneurial farmers in Burqin County farmers lack ofentrepreneurship, and ultimately through the five-year development plan developed and implemented, andstrive to become the western farmers start Burqin County demonstration counties.In this study, based on the specific Burqin County cities and counties, with the state on theimplementation of the western region farmer entrepreneurship promotion project specific measures basedon county-level perspective, through a questionnaire survey of farmers on entrepreneurship issues,understand the farmer entrepreneurship promotion project implementation status in Burqin County to findthe farmers most in need of the government to provide assistance; through interviews with governmentStaff survey to find Burqin County farmers start facing real difficulties; through the Mainland and westernStar farmer Comparative analysis of entrepreneurship demonstration counties, combined withentrepreneurial farmers core indicators contrast, found the lack of farmer entrepreneurship.Ultimately, according to problems and shortcomings, combined with the actual situation of BurqinCounty Burqin County of planning the development program, which includes guiding ideology and basicprinciples, development goals, tasks, plans to invest, the project construction period and engineeringsafeguards and eventually form a complete summary and outlook after the master’s thesis.
