The branch of the Bank of China as the basic operating mechanism, is the customer segmentation and market positioning, directly to customers to provide service and participate in competition directly forward position, but also the development of the business of valuable resources, even in the electronic channel rapid expansion of today and future, network is still the most favorable sales channels and customer contact, especially to attract high-end individual customers, expanding on the number and business banking products and play a decisive role. In order to speed up the operation of the branch of the operation mode, optimizing the allocation of resources, reduce operating costs, to strengthen base branch of service marketing and sales ability, enhance of core competence and customer satisfaction, enhance the brand image of the bank, the Bank of China at the present stage the urgent need for business transformation.
