At present, the domestic commercial banks facing capital constraints, the interest rate market, drastic changes in the financial environment, financial disintermediation, changes in customer demand, as well as fierce competition in the market open, these strong exogenous variables in a profound impact on the domestic commercial banks development of fate. As enterprises, commercial banks need to provide products and services to consumers through channels, in order to achieve its earnings target. Bank outlets as banks create the main channel of the results of operations of one customer acceptance banking services, and establish a relationship of trust with a bank basis points. However, with the increasing competition in the banking sector between bank outlets task weight, pressure, increasing intensification of the division of responsibilities and collaboration processes exist contradictions. Therefore, how to be able to play a dynamic role of the banking outlets to promote the all-round development of the network business, improve network performance, and further to win the market and customers, the urgent requirement of the bank-depth transformation. In other words, the commercial banking business model and profit model transformation inevitable requirement for the branch transformation process constantly optimize, that is, to establish a reasonable and efficient organizational structure, coordination and integration of financial products through a wide variety of marketing channels and interactive sales, as provide customers with fast, with a comprehensive financial services. This article intends to optimize the effectiveness of the implementation of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Branch of Bank of China branch transformation process, the lack of analysis of the comments and suggestions of the targeted improvements.
