In recent years, the service supply chain(SSC) has becoming a new subject of international supply chain management (SCM), most of the literature has focused on the composition and operation mode. Scholars come to realize that the successful experience of the manufacturing sector can be applied to the service transformation process, but the diversity of service required special means to promote the SCM. Based on such background, we study the relationship between relational quality, alliance ability and corporate performance.Based on the literature review, a theoretical model has been developed, focusing the following three parts:relationship quality, alliance capability and enterprise performance. Then developed several hypotheses. By questionnaire survey, SPSS statistic software, the model is empirically tested. The key conclusions indicated that:Relationship quality is a multidimensional structure, divided into trust, communication, commitment and cooperation. Alliance capability can be divided into operational capability, upgrading capacity and coordinating&controlling capabilityThe relationship between relationship quality and alliance capability is positive, and the communicate dimension has strong positive effect on these dimensions;The relationship between alliance capability and performance is positive, and the communicate dimension has strong positive effect on these dimensions.Alliance capacity has significant affects in the relationship of relationship quality and enterprise performance.The result has implications for service-oriented supply chain enterprise, it reminds that they must attach great importance to the cultivation of relationships, and enhance trust, communication and cooperation level. While the empirical research presented in this paper have implications for future research in the of business partnerships, alliance ability, and enterprise performance indicators.
