Fengxian has a long history of apple production and the unique geography, climate, human resources and market conditions, The past two decades have witnessed a fast development of Fengxian apple industry and its remarkable role in the readjustment of agricultural structure, the increase of farmers’income and the earning of foreign exchange through export. To promote the development of the County’s apple industry, Through analyzing the development of the industrialization in domestic and aboard, combine with the production of the apple in country, bring forward the countermeasure about industrialization of apple in Fengxian.In the new historical conditions, to enlarge and strengthen this industry, there are also some urgent problems and many new challenges. In this paper, issued more than200copies of questionnaires in Songlou Dashahe Shizhai for the survey to the farmers, of which178valid samples, as follows:(1)professionals:63.48%of the growers concentrated in the45to55years old, and cultural level is low, labor force more than78%for2people.(2)variety structure:good apple cultivars in70%of the mature for variety, processing varieties is only1%.(3)sales channels:main channel is outside vendors acquisitions and market sales accounted for83.71%, and only4.49%of farmers and fruit juice enterprise contract between the large single sales.(4)organizational level:in the investigation only23.6%of farmers joined the cooperative organization.(5)"Dashahe apple" brand property right is not clear, apple industry sustainable development the harder is insufficient still.Fengxian apple in the development of the industry problems and the development trend, the study is proposed on the basis of the following ideas and countermeasures. Ideas: to reshape "Dashahe apple" brand as the main line, give full play to the natural resources, location, technology and labor resources advantage to mention mass efficiency as the core, stable apple cultivation area, optimize the structure of grain varieties grown and construction quality and efficient cultivation and management system.
