Through the accumulation of more than half a century, new car market in China has been a rapid growth and is moving towards a mature market. At the same time, new car market boom has led to the development of the used-car market. Chinese used-car market is changing from subordinate status to subject position in car market. However, although the used car market in China is full of great opportunities and potential, it still has some problems, these deficiencies restrict the development of the industry to a great extent.This paper in the comparative analysis of new and used car markets and second-hand car market at home and abroad as the breakthrough point introduce advanced used-car market development experience of the new car market and the foreign to the domestic and to find out a suitable market business model and development path of China second-hand car according to Chinese specific national conditions on the basis of the existing problems in the domestic used-car market.
