A Study On The Economical And Intensive Land Use In Nan Chuan District Of Chongqing

Land is the base of urban and rural areas develop, land resource is the fountain of urban and rural areas develop, land using plays a more and more important role in the overall planning between urban and rural areas. China demands saving and intensive utilize of land resources, especially the severe situation of the land resources; Chongqing city needs economical and intensive use land resources facing the balance between urban and rural areas development; Nan Chuan District need use of land resources economically and intensively to take the lead in the wings of the region to achieve the goal of balancing urban and rural development. Only by using and resource economically and intensively, land resources can guarantee to promote economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction comprehensively, promote the transformation of economic growth mode, promote the adjustment of industrial structure, and construct a socialist society.Based on this context and related theories, define the concept and connotation of the economical use of land and the intensive use of land, find the difference and the connection between them and then put forward the economical and intensive utilization of land resources in terms of agricultural land is a large proportion、construction land is small proportion and land spatial distribution significantly different characteristics, there is a low level of productivity of land、the arable land reduce too fast、reserved cultivated land is insufficient the cultivated land on steep slopes is a large proportion and the rural Residential Area land extensive use and facing the differences in income、production level、living standards between urban and rural areas in Nan Chuan District.This paper drew on a large number of home and foreign references. Analysis land use status from Structure and diversity aspects based on natural geographical and topographical conditions and social economic status. Using entropy method and AHP to determine the weights of cultivated land and construction land, established the evaluation index system of farming land including the use of strength, put into strength, output efficiency, sustainable condition and other factors, and construction land evaluation index system including input intensity, construction land use intensity, use structure and layout, output efficiency and other elements. This paper conducted the preliminary study the farming land and construction land saving and intensive use of34townships in Nan Chuan District In2010. Results show that the farming land and construction land is at the economical level and34townships are divided into conservation and intensive use areas, quite frugal intensive use area and extensive use sector.The result show that there is a positive correlation between the cultivated land and construction land saving and intensive use by Comprehensive evaluation in Nan Chuan District finally compiled he division of land function according to local conditions, considered the urban and rural land space layout, promote the construction of functional areas using of key industrial projects,and ultimately promote the economical and intensive utilization of land in Nan Chuan District, achieve the target of urban and rural development.
