Research On The Adjustment Of Agrriculture Industrial Structure Of Jiangsu Province Based On Recycle Of Economic Theory

Agricultural planting structure of Jiangsu Province has many irrational problems:the high proportion of food crops, the low proportion of cash crops; farming and animal husbandry is in the state of long-term separation, farming and livestock breeding industry are out of touch, forming a waste of resources and environmental pollution; This series of problems have led to low economic efficiency of agriculture and the low efficiency of agricultural production.Firstly, this paper analyzes the current development of agricultural recycling economy of Jiangsu Province, to illustrate the necessity for the development of agricultural recycling economy; Secondly, based on the theory of soil nutrient balance, this paper analyzes the amount of excess nitrogen in the soil in Jiangsu Province, and manure as organic manure into fields accounts the low percentage of nitrogen fertilizer; Again, with these two quantitative indicators of pig manure equivalent and alarm value, the paper analyzes the current emissions of manure and some of the environmental threat, Jiangsu Province; Finally, as net income maximize of farming and livestock breeding industry and soil nitrogen balance for the objective functions of the multi-objective model, as arable land resources and pig manure equivalent for multi-objective constraints, establish multi-objective constrained model, then, choose two options as the optimal solution, from a number of multi-objective constrained program (non-inferior solutions).This paper concluded:reduce crop of low fertilizer demand and relatively low cost, reducing wheat, corn and cotton acreage; add crop acreage of a large amount of straw produced and higher economic returns, increased rice acreage; Furthermore, the increase of soybean, peanut, rapeseed and vegetables and other crops area; we may increase pig, cattle, sheep farming quantity.This paper advice:increase the environmental protect idea of farmers; make relation law, to promote the development of agricultural recycle economic.
