On The Establishment Of Modern And Contemporary System Of Documents Sent To Subordinate Unites

Modern and Contemporary documents sent to subordinate unites mainly include notice, circular, reply, instruction,order,etc. This thesis is dedicated to the study of documents set in ancient times, in the republic of china, and after liberation; to the systematic and deep research of their requirements and regulations;to their process of improvement and to bringing out the course of the origin,development, evolution and even the demise of them. On this basis, this thesis summarizes the inherent law of the evolution of modern and contemporary documents sent to subordinate unites,advances views on the existing problems in actual use and makes suggestions for improvements with a view to the achievements of a standardized construction of future documents.
