Party And Government Documents Integrated Feasibility Study

In order to reduce the difficulty of writing official documents and to improve the quality and efficiency in writing documents, party and government documents’integration is a new bold attempt, focusing on the ongoing act of documents’writing, assuming the country’s reform as tool and carrier, taking theoretical basement as support, and which is based on open style offered by the actual conditions of the reform of the country’s political system and the convergence of several amendments of "national approach to executive documents" and "Regulations of the Chinese Communist Party Official Documents".In arguing for the integration of the party and government documents, three main research methods are literature research method, exploratory research method, information research method and interdisciplinary research method, which explores and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the integration of documents. At the same time by the research of the standardized way of the three documents status, they analyze the limitations respectively. And in accordance with the actual needs of those who send and receive documents and the actual law of the documents writing, the paper offers the corresponding optimization program and vision.I believe that now there are several defects in documents such as complicated managing of documents, the misuse of text and unstandardized and disordered language direction. Party and government documents are still in the preliminary study stage of integration, effective standardized theory has not yet formed. There exists wider room for improvement of rational and efficient use of party and government documents.For the current drawbacks in receiving and sending the party and government documents, Based on "Party and government documents the driving force of integration" and other real-world conditions; by building the operation ideas of documents’integration, adopting the "theory-in practice-theory" cognitive structure of scientific methods, this paper achieves this model; as a means to solve problems in the integration process of party and government documents.The integration of party and government documents has itsr basis in reality, it is the inevitable product of the new era, is a very active role in the vitality and novelty. The party and government documents optimized will make full use of the advantageous features of the new system, give effective support with the documents’sender and receiver from different levels. Therefore it reduces the difficulty of writing documents and improves the quality of writing documents, and the efficiency of document writing, optimizes the effect of document writing, making the real situation of documents writing skills to improve and thus constantly adapts to the development requirements of new forms.
