In recent years, along with the explosive growth of information, the society has entered into the era of data time from IT. In the face of the huge data information resources, data management and analysis industry is developing fast, the competition is becoming more and more fierce. The related senior talents demand exceed the supply, talents become the object of the company to employ. Therefore, how to attract talents and keep their own core competitiveness, become the primary problem that every company must consider. And a set of comprehensive compensation system, which can reflect internal fairness, and full of market competitiveness, will no doubt increase chip for the company win these talents.But due to the different types of the company development and goals, and the company agencies are also different, it is difficult to find a set of professional, systematic and comprehensive compensation system to guide the development of the company, so design a system which can reflect internal fairness, competitiveness in the market, and prospective and long-term incentive compensation system for the company as well, will be very important, and has practical significance. The thesis base on the current employer company’s development strategy and operation status, with many years of practical work experience and two years of MBA studies, to do the deep research on company existing compensation system. Then set up a salary system optimization plan, which will meet the market’s need and accompany with company development.The new plan based on salary system design principle, to adjust the company’s salary system, which will make it more scientific and just. Ultimately, different salary system will use on different talents system, including senior salary wage system, department job performance wage system, unconventional project performance wage system, special talents negotiation salary, sales’commission wage system, etc.
