CA Enterprise Research Based On The Theory Of Lean Production Cost To Improve Practice

With China’s labor cost is raising year by year, the scientific and effective reductionof production cost will improve the competitiveness of the enterprises, but also achieve themaximization of enterprise value.This paper focuses on the core concepts of lean production theory, value chain theory,cost control theory and field improvement theory. Using the theory to guide practice, it hasstudied the CA enterprise production cost reduction, and summarizes the approaches andmethods based on the model of technology improvement.During the production practice research of CA enterprise, through the enterprise coststructure analysis, pointing at the human cost, it has synthesized production operationcauses, process and results to improve the scheme. Through the improved scheme, itchanges the current operation mode and process, improves the production efficiency andproduct quality to achieve the purpose of cost reduction, and at the same time, makes effectevaluation.
