According to the land use change data surveyed in Shenyang City, this paper analyses the intensive utilization of land conservation, raises problems and puts proposals for the intensive and economical land use in Shenyang City.According the theoretical research of economical and intensive land use, established research direction, the article set uo the research goal and task. The overall evalution of regional land use efficiency, qualitative and quantitative analysis to reflect and measure the status and trends of regional land intensive use, land use control standards constructed in compliance with the prinicle of scientific, systematic princile,dynamic oriented.
