Many landscape enterprises set up depending on arise marketing development at the moment, which result in fierce competition with the industries and increased participants. Size of the current domestic landscape enterprises is differing, and the level of enterprise management is unevenness, meanwhile, homogeny phenomenon of the market competition become serious.In recent years, Inner Mongolia has made brilliant achievements in the process of ecological environment construction; the government at all levels takes more attention on urban park service and ecological construction after city Hohhot and Baotou, have awarded the title of "national forest city", city erdos,Ulanchap,chifeng and Hulunbuir also put forward to create "the forest city". Urban greening industry grows vigorously. But at present, the unstable world economic situation leads to cautious economic policy for loans from government, which enlarge the operation risk of landscape enterprises in difficult collection and in downstream industry chain, these enterprises have uncertainty goal on recent and future business strategies, the studies of this paper has the important practical significance and guiding significance on the development of small and medium-sized garden enterprises.In this paper the author studies on his Monsod Company, using the knowledge of enterprise strategy and related management, analyzing the environment of enterprise, especially analyzing on the macro environment, the industry competition, the market demands and the strategic situation of the company system. This paper puts forward on the development of the enterprise strategic choices and goals which basis upon environmental analysis and development strategy of the enterprise, And to confirm enterprise’s general development of strategic and corresponding business strategy, to ensure the methods and measures of guarantee enterprise strategic implementation smoothly.In methodology, this paper mainly uses the strategic change thought in based on the five competitive forces of the potter model, SWOT analysis method, value chainmethod, and connecting with the classic VRIO analysis framework of the strategy evaluation, and analyzing inner resources situation of Monsod Company in details, to establish the Monsod Company’s strategic change direction and choice according with the match between inner resources environment and external environment.That is:Monsod Company will adhere to the Mongolian grass cultivation and application of indigenous plant as the core of the differentiation competitive strategy; the implementation of related diversification strategy; in design and ecological engineering in strategic alliance strategy; implementation of group and company strategy; adhere to the localization based on the market radiation external market strategy; the implementation of targeted talent strategy. |
